This Privacy Policy explains how BrandClover ("we", "us"), operated by Faseeh Yasin (Karachi, Pakistan), collects, uses, and shares your information when you use trybrandclover.com.
Account information (name, email, password — stored securely by our authentication provider, never in plain text); content you provide (startup ideas, evaluation inputs, pitch deck content, Q&A questions, collaboration data); usage data (basic log data and in-app actions, used to operate and improve the Service); payment information (handled entirely by Paddle — we do not collect or store your card details).
To provide and operate the Service; generate AI reports and decks; manage your account and subscription; send service-related emails (invites, notifications); provide support; and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Supabase (database, authentication, storage); Anthropic / Claude (AI processing — content you submit is sent to Anthropic to generate reports, decks, and answers); Resend (transactional emails); Paddle (payment processing and subscriptions, Merchant of Record); Vercel (application hosting and delivery). Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver their part of the Service.
When you use BrandClover's AI features, the text you submit is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate output. We send only what is necessary to fulfill your request.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these, contact support@trybrandclover.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, database-level access controls, authentication, and restricted access to secrets. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our providers operate. By using the Service you consent to this.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.
