Refund Policy

1. Our refund commitment

We want you to be confident trying BrandClover Pro. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first Pro subscription payment. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund of that payment.

2. How to request a refund

Email support@trybrandclover.com from the address on your account within 7 days of your first Pro payment. Include your account email so we can locate your purchase.

3. How refunds are processed

BrandClover's payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Paddle. Processing times depend on Paddle and your bank, typically a few business days.

4. What's covered

The 7-day guarantee applies to your first Pro payment only. Renewal payments after the first period are generally non-refundable — but you can cancel anytime before a renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.

5. Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of clear misuse or abuse of the guarantee (for example, generating the full monthly report allowance and then requesting a refund).

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or the customer portal. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically refund a payment already made (outside the 7-day window).
