BrandClover ("BrandClover", "we", "us") is an AI-powered software service operated by Faseeh Yasin, a sole proprietor based in Karachi, Pakistan. By accessing or using BrandClover at trybrandclover.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BrandClover provides AI-assisted tools for evaluating startup ideas, generating pitch decks, answering questions about your idea, and collaborating with others. Outputs are generated with the help of artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and planning purposes only.
The Service uses AI to produce reports, analysis, and documents. AI output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies and must not be relied upon as professional, financial, legal, or investment advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on or sharing it. BrandClover does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated content for a particular purpose.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) misuse the AI to generate harmful, infringing, or abusive content; (d) resell or redistribute the Service without permission; or (e) violate the rights of others.
You retain ownership of the ideas, text, and materials you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service (including sending it to our AI provider to generate output). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit Your Content.
The Service offers a Free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's buyer terms in addition to these Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing is shown on our pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and processed through Paddle.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrandClover and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any business decisions made based on AI-generated output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
